excellent bedcomfortable pillowsfast room service
My stay included a room in the newly opened section. The bed was excellent. The pillows were notably comfortable (I almost wanted to take them home!). Room service was fast and the food was amazing.

dirty poolstrange smell
the pool was disappointing. it seemed dirty with some broken parts inside. we did not consider swimming in it, especially not our children. the room had a strange smell. even though it was renovated, it smelled of dampness.

The breakfast buffet offered hot food, a varied choice and catered to many nationalities. I especially loved that my diamond status was fully recognized with a room upgrade. It was a poolside room. I also received drink vouchers for a bar near the beach. It was a nice perk.
The front desk seemed quite busy. Check-in was a bit slow. It seemed they had to handle many guests simultaneously, though they were polite.

The room had lovely decor and furnishings. It was really nicely set out and the resort was great! The bed was comfortable. I had a really nice room, though the bathroom had a strange layout

There were multiple pools available on the hotel, not only the main pool! The gym was well equipped. It seemed somewhat private to those rooms with access to the pool, and it was wonderful.

the staff was friendly and helpful. i found the room to be recently renovated and comfortable. the restaurant offered a nice selection of food and the breakfast (especially the pancakes!) was great. the hotel enjoys a good location.

The hotel location was great (near everything). The breakfast had an amazing choice. I tried pancakes, donuts, eggs Benedict, bacon, fresh fruit, salad, and cheese. The swim-up pool bar had friendly staff and good drinks.
My room door did not close properly. I locked the door, yet it didn't fully close. This was like a major safety issue. The furniture in the room was scratched and looked old. It seemed like it hasn't been reupholstered in years.

The breakfast staff were so attentive and kind. i adored the fresh fruit selection and the omelet station (it was a treat!). the pools were very clean and inviting, with plenty of space to relax. i particularly loved the swim-up bar. The bartenders were experts.
the gym, although functional, was a little small.
